Candidate will be part of our MEP engineering and project manager team and will be expected to:
- Supervise various crews on construction of MEP installations on site.
- Organize, participate and supervise MEP commissioning procedures on final project stages.
- Follow, update and revise the time plan and progress forecast of the projects.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers and subcontractors in every project stage to coordinate design and construction works and ensure project progress.
- Implement designs and participate in installations of equipment on project sites.
- Design, engineer and develop MEP solutions and equipment on ongoing construction projects.
- Review construction and MEP drawings and technical specifications at every design stage.
- Draft and administer the contracts with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Update, organize and review the Maintenance & Safety procedures applied on operational facilities.
- Provide service, support and maintenance of MEP installations on delivered projects
Qualifications:
- Polytechnic University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Polytechnic Schools only.
- MSc is not essential but will be considered as a plus.
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in mechanical engineering environment and construction project sites.
- Experience using design and engineering tools.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office , Autocad.
- Knowledge of MS
- Project and Revit or other engineering software will be considered a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.
Ability to adapt new technologies in construction procedures. - Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Project management and project planning experience will be considered as a plus
- Availability to travel in Greece and abroad.
